It has become a tradition now in my family, every Friday afternoon there must be ‘daal gosht with jeera rice’ on our table. I don’t know whether it’s a family thing or everyone loves the food at Delhi Darbar. One thing that always comes in mind when I think of Delhi Darbar is the Rumali Roti with Seekh Kebab as starters and then for main course, Mutton dum biryani with raita and some pickle. The first time I had ever been there, that was my first meal. After that I have liked almost every dish over there, especially the Butter chicken that I had savored with my friends one fine evening.
The ambiance is elegantly simple; you don’t need a fancy interior to make the food taste delicious, you just need the food fancy.
